How to feel confident

1. Be honest with yourself about why you are comfortable remaining unsure of yourself. Recognizing your secondary benefit can be difficult and painful, so you may need the help of a psychologist.
2. Imagine – now you have become fearless, confident, even arrogant! What will change in your life, what will you get by becoming the best version of yourself?
3. Pay attention to the reactions of your body – in what situations do you tighten, experience nervous and muscle tension? Record your observations in a journal.
4. Observe why you allow people to take advantage of you? What do you want in return: their love, respect, gratitude? Or are you afraid of being rejected and alone?
