In addition to the house with five bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious attic adapted for a billiard room, there are several trees (a hammock is stretched between two) and a tiny beach. The Sizerlands spend weekends here with barbecues, endless glasses of beer and conversations about daily matters. Uninvited guests are not welcome here: private property.

The island is located in the Caribbean Sea, belongs to the Bay Island archipelago, which is 50 miles from Honduras. It is a coral reef with an area of 496 meters, decorated with a villa with luxurious white stone walls.
The complexities of the island’s terrain made construction a non-trivial task that took almost four years. The owner laid communications along the seabed, including water supply and sewerage, and made a pier and a beach. The second level housed an open-air swimming pool and a hotel. All this is surrounded by picturesque oak trees, and on the shore you can sit in one of several gazebos.
The place is beloved by divers and tourists. Some are seduced by the legend that the treasures of the pirate Blackbeard Edward Thatch are hidden in one of the local caves.
