A real “pandemonium” of real and not-so-real things quickly gathers on the kitchen work surfaces. Jars and bags of spices, sponges for washing dishes, rolls of paper towels, glasses with spatulas and whipped cream, all these “treasures”, if too many of them, make the room look cluttered and take up space needed for cooking.
Here are some tips to help you make your desktop tidier and free up more usable space.
Remove everything unnecessary.
Try to lay out the tabletop with a critical eye and leave on it only those items that you use regularly and are lazy every time. For everything else, try to find a place in the closets.
